She could try a medicine like neurontin or cymbalta or effexor, which sometimes can lessen neuropathy pain.

She could try holding a cold pack or a warm back when the sensations bother her, as the temperature change 'confuses' the nerves, and can lessen pain.

If she has diabetes, she might benefit from a bit more aggressive control of her sugars.

Unfortunately, much of neuropathy from chemo cannot be helped. Sometimes it improves with time though. Usually they try to stop the chemo agent that is making it worse.
