Hi, My father underwent the whipple last week to remove 2cm tumor in head of pancreas. Prior to surgery, underwent Chemo (5FU) followed by radiation. Tumor was removed (R0) and 2 positive lymph nodes were found. Has anyone had similar experience? Does anyone know if R0 or 2 positive lymph nodes has specific prognostic factors?

Thanks for your help!
