Had whipple going on 5 years this month. Had surgery last month to remove ovaries and a cyst on left ovary. No cancer found. Since surgery my hemoglobin is low and I'm very fatigued have no appetite and having issues with constipation.

Don't want to think its 'rearing its ugly head again' but when is it time to let oncoligist know these symptoms. Anyone who has had a recurrence what were your symptoms.
