Wow my gastrin levels were 2600 when I had duedenal porforation and er sugery to save my life. I had several extremely vicious ulcers 2 of which porforated. I was in hospital for a month and ICU for 7 days. After that had srs nuclear scan and found tumors then had whipple and gastrin levels went from 2000 to 100. I am now 8 months post whipple and gastrin levels are starting to creep up again. I hope you get yours figured out because last thing you want is to porforate. Hav u had endoscopy to look for ulcers recently
