he had a ct scan for the ascites tonight. we found that his pc tumor is unchanged even after 1.5 rounds of chemo, and now his liver mets have spread, plus new mets to bone, kidney, renal vein and bowel. they also found mild pneumonia and infection in small intestines, and a distended esophagus. ascites drain hopefully tomorrow. We can't believe how fast this has spread in two months even with chemo.
