I have a sb-ipmn that has been being monitored for the past 3 years. Over that time it has grown 9mm. I have an appointment tomorrow to schedule for an egd because all of a sudden I have been getting acid reflux really bad. My mrcp from last month showed it grew 4mm in the past year. I haven't had a biopsy in 2 years. Is this growth normal for these or should I push to have the biopsy as long as they are going in anyway? If it grows another 4mm this year, it will be 3 cm by my next mrcp, so should I just wait to push the issue?
