My mom (78) diagnosed with PC Dec 26.They were going to perform whipple surgery in Feb. An MRI revealed cancer spread to liver (5 spots). Is this stage 4? She told me they said stage 2 but I don't think she's telling the truth. Realistically, does she only have 6 mos to a year to live? She starts chemo next week. I want her to try cellular therapy or immuno. She said she is open to clinical trials but hasn't pursued anything. Do we need to move immediately? Will we improve her outlook by more than a few months? Spending time with her as much as I can ( I live 5 hrs away with kids) but wanna know what we are in for.
