Often just with reglan alone, appetite will increase. When you have slow stomach emptying, one of the symptoms is that only a small amount of food feels like it fills you up. When the stomach empties normally, then it can hold more food comfortably, so you are able to eat more. Also, as the food moves better, the nausea and stomach pain/discomfort improves, so that also improves appetite.

Honestly, every pancreatic patient should have reglan at home and be taught how to use it.
