Just keep pushing the doctors. Your Mom's mood may also improve with the cymbalta and then she might be up for pushing herself.

Encourage your Mom to take the morphine. She needs to take what she needs, and then the doctors can increase her daily doses so that she is more comfortable. Just keep track of the extra doses she needs so you can tell the doctor.

I'm a little confused by the drops/drips of your medicines. She is attached to an IV bag every day?! Make sure she is getting enough Reglan, every day, to cover her all day. In the USA that would be 10mg up to 4 times per day, so a total of 40mg over the day. At one point my Mom was on 15mg 4 times per day.

Encourage your Mom to take her pain medicines. Give the cymbalta more time.... And keep pushing her doctors.
