I have had a sb IPMN since 2010. Main/head of pancreas. Around 1.5 - 2.1 cm size. Being monitored via MRI every year. People keep pushing the Whipple procedure. Looks like a pretty dark procedure to me. Was wondering if anyone out there has had their sb IPMN operated on laproscopically (sp)? Since it near head was wondering if if can even be tackled laproscopically? Thanks in advance for any information.
