58 yr old male htn nondiabetic alcohluc diagnosed with metastatic ca. gall
bladder. MRI colangio graphy shows a neoplastc mass lesion infiltrate 4b and
5 of liver extending to segment 8 to porta and supra pancreatic cbd. mass
invoke RHA which arise from SMA n abutting portal vein. CA 19.9 is 20.3u/ml
CEA 13.5 ng/ml .fnac +ve for malignancy. now on chemotherapy with
oxaliplatin n gemcitabine 9 cycle. plz inform us or reply to me at
