Hi I have posted here regarding my mother and her adenocarcinoma. She had the Whipple exactly four weeks ago at City of Hope. She had a 8cm tumor with 2mm being cancerous. Tumor was removed with clear margins, and 0 of the 16 lymph nodes removed were positive.

The tumor board met regarding my mother and the follow up care post Whipple. 50% said do the chemo, 50% said it wasn't needed. We are leaning towards doing the chemo after hearing so many opinions which we appreciate so much.

I was wondering if there is anything I am missing? Any questions I should be sure to ask her doctor or oncologist? I want to go to these appointments well prepared.
