I was diag 9/2014 with IV stage PC. To confirm since they saw a tiny spot on the end of my pancreas and it was dangerous to get to it, had a liver biopsy because it presented as lesions on my liver. my CA19-9 marker was 140k (very high. My personal opinion is to have the biopsy with the blood test for CA19-9 for confirmation...I hope for the best for your loved one, stay positive...
