My father also had PC. Looking back on it and hindsight being 20/20, I'd try and avoid an extra procedure if I could. Understandably my father was angry that he even had PC and every moment in the hospital made him even sadder.

When PC travels it usually goes to the liver first. Many, many of us on this board have had the same situation. If the radiologist and the oncologist are saying they think it's cancer - and you've been happy with their care up until now - I would trust them.
