I live in a state that doesn't have a MM program, so I have to procure it the old fashioned way. It helps tremendously with all the usual suspects: appetite, nausea, sleep, mood, etc. The cost is very reasonable, I smoke it once or twice a week and $200 of supply lasts two-three months. I can't believe that at this day and age it is still not considered seriously for both medical and recreational use.

(Just for a reference, I work full time, never took a sick day and overall feel pretty good for a 50-year old cancer patient).
