hi thanks for your reply I have had 3 EUS and another in 8 days my CEA value was 229 Amylase over 30000 Doctor says this tells them that it is an IPMN the high amylase level suggests communication with main duct good to hear that the Whipple procedure went well for you as this does worry me such a big operation
