If my mom was still eligible for this trial, I would be urging her to try it. I think the GVAX Pancreas Vaccine/CRS-207 arm makes it attractive enough to try, but the 2nd arm adds Nivolumab to the GVAX and CRS-207. Unfortunately, the study is written so you can have only failed 1 type of chemotherapy and my mom has exhausted both Folfirinox and Gemcitabine/Abraxane.

I urge any of you that are on your first type of chemotherapy to try this study if/when the time becomes appropriate. Anything that you can do to potentially buy some time for you or your loved one is worth a shot, and I think this trial could potentially be the future of treatment.
