I could have written this post myself. The pain in the left is unreal. All the same symptoms as you but ct scan two weeks ago (not a pancreas protocol one but dud have contrast ) said my pancreas is unremarkable. My amylase is normal but my lipase is significantly low. I have an upper endoscopy coming up on tuesday. No clue what is causing this but will be requesting further testing. I'm 35 with auto immune disease and cardiomyopathy. Former smoker, non drinker. But from everything I have read, non of those lifestyle factors matter. Good luck getting answers.
