I agree to wait on the lung mets. My husband was 2.5 years NED when small lung mets were discovered. He had surgery and then chemo and eventually succumbed to what I believe was the effects of the chemo. He had an intestinal bleed after becoming very weak from the chemotherapy. I wish you the best and if you do decide to treat, please keep an eye on the effects of chemo on his body and not just the cancer.
