Boiled chicken and rice.
Sweets. If she likes them and still has a taste for them, try those. Not super-fatty sweets, but be creative! Make brownies with applesauce instead of oil to moisten them.
Ensure. Protein drinks. Nutritional drinks. That sort of stuff. Soups. These are awesome, too. These can be light or thick and hearty. Again, use your imagination!
Plus, ASK HER. And if she can't come up with specifics or has no appetite,
then throw out ideas, then hit the kitchen and be creative. Plus make the
presentation lovely. No one like to feel like eating is a chore, so make it
beautiful and appetizing on all levels and that will help her want to eat.
