My dearest mom suffered from not being able to eat bigger meals. She often said she was 'full' when just having a few bites. I later read this is fairly common. What we did was prepare meals which were rich in vitamins but small in size. I often made a cream based soup where I would puree in a cooked chicken breast. This way, she had the protein as well as the benefits of vegetables and milk. She liked scrambled eggs so I made sure she had the Nature Eggs which claim they have higher B12 etc. Soft foods like puddings/yogurt were also readily eaten by her. During the meals, I ate my own meals VERY slowly so that she wouldn't feel rushed. We tried our best to not make her feel that we were 'watching' what she ate. Please don't forget to supplement her meals with drinks like Ensure. Peace to you and your family.
