Congratulations on being a long term survivor. My husband was NED for 2 years post Whipple when they did an extended CT which identified small spots on his lung. He felt good and had a normal CA 19-9. After a needle biopsy and finally a VATs lung wedge resection, they diagnosed the spots as pc mets. He is currently NED again, but will have to be monitored frequently. This disease is sneaky! I don't trust it at all, but you've done a great job and beaten the odds. Best wishes to you.
