Very scary diagnosis, but we do have people on this board who have lived years with it. I was diagnosed over 5 and a half years ago, had surgery chemo, and radiation. about 2 1-2 years ago found mets in my lungs, been on chemo most of the last 2 1-2 years. and this year have developed a new tumor in my pancreas and mets to the brain, both of those were treated with radiation and I;m doing OK now and taking a break from all treatment for a few months to get some strength back.

This is a one day at a time thing and I'm feeling better everyday recently. I'm not saying this is easy or enjoyable but it can be done, attitude plays a huge role in survival in my opinion. You can do this.
