I did a lot of reading about this diet after my whipple and made a few observations:

1. the diet would take all day to prepare meals 2. there was no significant proof that it would make any difference in terms of survival

So, in my opinion it was not something that I was going to try. Everyone has to make their own decision as to what they think might help. There is no magic bullet. If certain foods or eating plans make you feel better then you feel better and sometimes that is enough. It's whatever works for you.
