As another 10 year survivor, please reach out to your doctor for help. I was advised by another long time survivor to take an antidepressant and I found that it helped a lot. I hadn't realized how much difference it made until my family told me that I was much more pleasant to be around. I had been cross and snapping to my family and they didn't say anything because of what I was dealing with, but the antidepressant's use was very evident to others. I knew it was helping me, but I didn't realize how I was effecting my family.
