To have symptoms that long with nothing showing up on scans and normal tumor markers would make me look for things other then PC. Are you at a reputable hospital? Are the scans high quality? Have you had an EUS?

I haven't heard of PC being discovered after a lymph node was found either. That would be odd. It makes me think of other infectious possibilities too.

Sounds frustrating, but I'm hoping for you that no news is good news!~
