Did anyone have a hard time getting a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer (i.e. a multitude of tests that showed nothing, months of doctor appointments, misdiagnosis, delayed diagnosis etc)? If so, what made you and/or your doctors keep searching for pancan rather than just giving up or giving in to a diagnosis of IBS? I'm having symptoms for over a year, had every test in the book, they can't find anything. I continue to have ULQ pain, back pain, digestive issues, weight loss. Latest scan shows some lymph nodes in the porta-hepatis and portacaval space. Is it possible to have pancreatic cancer without a tumor actually being found?
