I've been coming to this board off and on for over 8 years. This board was a good source of support when my Mom was diagnosed with advanced adenosquamous cell in April of 2005 and passed away in May of 2005. I continued to pop in and mostly lurk to see how others were doing. Now my Mother in law is battling PC, diagnosed in Sept.2012, went through 7 months of chemo and continues to do well. Has been off chemo since July. My heart goes out to everyone here. I don't post as much as I did simply because I was insulted by a couple of people who made me feel like I had no business being concerned with the fact that my MIL was eating nothing but junk food. I felt hurt because they made me feel like a horrible care giver because I thought I should encourage her to eat more nutritionally. I like to pop in and see how some here are doing. It is encouraging to me and my family. I wish all of you a blessed New Year and continued strength.
