I'll admit that I don't know much about Nanoknife, I'd assume that the metastasis is in your lungs since Abraxane was their choice after folfirinox. Lung mets seem to be much less aggressive than liver mets so there is reason to hope for good results. I had the whipple almost 5 years ago. and a reccurrence in my lungs about 2 years ago. Been on all the chemos you mentioned.

My approach has always been to be as aggressive as possible in fighting this, I'd try the Nanoknife if that what might help, I'm not sure what the side-effects are but one thing I do know is that all my side-effects have been temporary and (so far) life is permanent.
