When I was caring for my dearest Mom, I honestly didn't feel I had time to go to caregiver support meetings or to a therapist etc. This board helped me immensely since I go on it whenever I had the time/inclination. I also took it one hour/ one day at a time. I tried to look for any positive 'signs' in my Mom's health condition. As a family, we celebrated the 'little things' in our everyday life. It is one of the most difficult challenges I have had to face (so far) however, it was also one of the greatest blessings/privileges being with my Mother and caring for her each and every day. Peace to you and your wife.
