Good afternoon Mike, Senator Solobay asked me to send you an update regarding Pennsylvania's Cancer Drug Repository Program. The final regulations for the Program, which was enacted by Act 14 of 2008, have finally been published. They're about 2 1/2 years overdue. I also attempted to get a definitive time line from the Department of State for when the program will get underway. They said that the Income Eligibility Guidelines for the program have been posted on the website, along with all of the required forms for implementation of the program. They are currently discussing further means of notifying pharmacies, including consideration of a newsletter article.
