But having said that I've also been stuck in that 'wait and see' mode once or twice when the tumors were too small to biopsy, good news is that the tumors or hopefully just cysts in your case are small, the bad news is that the 'wait and see' mode is aggravating and worrisome. try to be comforted by the fact that if they do nothing they are probably not cancer and if they do turn out to be cancer you'll know in time for effective treatment. Sorry there isn't an answer that alleviates your anxiety NOW like you must want. But we are all here sending positive thoughts and prayers your way for a good news finding when the time comes.
