Thank you so much, Jonathan! I am 44 and run ultramarathons, so am in good condition. This diagnosis was such a shock to my family and me. My surgeon seemed confident that he got everything out of the pancreas and that I might not need any follow up other than watching things. I have two children who are still fairly young and I want to be around for a long time. I am not excited about the prospect of chemo or radiation but I want to be as aggressive as i can be at this point. I should be getting my referral to an oncologist this week. I want to go in prepared and armed with knowledge. I appreciate your reply and am glad you are doing well in spite of your diagnosis.
