Thanks. As you've said, there seem to be a few well known surgeons around the country but not close to us. His local surgeon told us he is not a candidate, just trying to weigh the value of going to one of the most well known. And re: Folfirinox, been there, done that. It was his first treatment and it didn't do anything. Then SBRT. Nothing. Then gem/abrax, which is the only thing so far that seems to be doing anything.
