I had a distal pancreatectomy, splenectomy and lymph node removal on Monday. I do not yet have a copy of the pathology report but have been told that there was invasive carcinoma found. I went in originally to have a suspected IPMN removed. I will get the full report at my follow up appointment. I now have to move on to seeing an oncologist. I live in Colorado on the front range. Does anyone have an oncologist they recommend in my general area?
