Congrats on the good report. We had a similar situation today....the results of my wife's PET scan were that that the activity lighting up on a para-aortic lymph node has now disappeared, after two rounds of Folfirinox. She has been on chemo break for 6 weeks and the only negative is that her CA 19-9's have climbed into the 70's (they were down to 30). We are still opting for 6 more weeks without resuming chemo and will have a CT scan at that time. The effects of the Folfirinox are so horrendous I think its great to give her body time to recover.

Its just so hard to know what the right choice is.
