My partner had a distal pancreoctomy(not sure of spelling)and splendectomy in June. We've been back to Hopkins several times since and she had her last Ct scan July 30. Her Oncologist at Hopkins recommended no chemo but ct scans and blood work every 3 months. Her surgeon said to get a second opinion at Sloan. We went to Sloan and another oncologist said that the ct scan from July showed two tiny liasons on her liver and ordered an MRI which we have scheduled. I'm very worried and confused as at Hopkins they said it had not spread and everything was clean. I know we now have to wait for the MRI but I'm just venting. Thanks for hearing me out.
