I've been reading about this tree. Gram for gram, the leaves have 2x more protein than yogurt, 3x more potassium than bananas, 4x the calcium of milk, 7x the vitamin C or oranges, 3x the iron of spinach, 3x the vitamin E of almonds, 4x the vitamin A of carrots.

I am honestly considering planting one of these trees in my back yard - they are supposed to be very easy to grow.

I think at minimum, there seem to be substantial nutrition benefits.

The only thing I'm not sure about is the taste. I suppose you could throw the moringa leaves into a masticating juicer and add the extract to your daily cup of orange juice or coffee.
