my husband who is 69 years old, male, was diagnosed with pancreatitus about 2
years ago...2011...he is experiencing a lot of internal GI bleeding,it's like
he leaks blood slowly or sometimes fast....depending on the situation at the
time, has headaches, anemia, diabetes and a lot of headaches...I, who am a
wife and caregiver, have noticed when the CBC and Feratin levels drop, he
gets headaches. It was ruled out that he doesn't have cancer, as a bone
marrow test did not show cancer... and any other blood test he has been given
and he has had numerous upper and lower G.I. exams and he is now maybe going
to swallow a camera pill to see if they (his hematologist/G.I. doctor) can
see anything. Question: Could the after effects of the panceatitus could
have permanently damaged the pancreas by which causing the aforementioned
symptoms? Is it time for a second opinion?
