My symptoms were vague at first. Fatigue. Intermittent pain under left rib and under inside left shoulder blade. I just felt kind of rotten, and tired. (I did not have anemia) Developing jaundice is what got the doctors on the right track to diagnosis. The blood panels they ordered after that were sky high for pancreas and liver function, in extreme range. The pain symptoms started about two months before diagnosis. Before that, no health problems at all.
