I completely agree with no sugar or processed food diet. The only issue I have is if someone is on chemo they need high calorie diet to maintain the weight so it is not rapid weight loss. The alkaline diet is mainly fresh fruits and vegs so how can they be good when you are on chemo or radiation. As a diet after treatment I would think it would be okay just not sure if it works while you are on treatment.
