- Sorry for confusion - it is qualifying for Supplemental Security Income or SSI that the government does not count the value of one's home nor one car along with some other very limited things.
- Medicaid eligibility I have only had experience with in terms of total
countable assets of no more than $2,000 for an individual. And this is where
then the aspect of an OBRA Trust has come up.
