Husband five years from whipple. His ca-19-9 was only 135 at time of surgery. Since 08 it has gone up and down, always in normal, not over 40. It is now up to 87 a year ago it was 20. He is not showing any other signs. He has an ostomy and has had and has hernias. i am hoping this may have something to do with the numbers. Dr is going to wait a month and watch the marker and then do pet scan. It has just been over 40 since october. Any info and help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for any thoughts and ideas
