hi Mark- this is my first time on this site but from reading many other patients' comments, you sound (unfortunately) so well versed in this horrific disease. i was diagnosis with PC 28 months ago and was not a candidate for the Whipple since it had spread to my lungs and bones. i am almost 65 years old and have no pain anywhere. Fatigue is another matter! i was on Dr. Fine's treatment of GTX for about 24 months but now i'm on his GAX tx. For those who do not know of Dr. Fine, he is a research scientist @ New York Presbyterian Hospital who also works with my oncologist from Morristown,New Jersey, Dr Stephen Schreibman. Are you familiar with these therapies? Do you know of any other areas in the USA other than NY and NJ that are using these? I would really like to talk to others on the same treatment as I am. Thanks for being my first contact. Kay
