But whatever you considered to be your solid nerves will get a new definition, new parameters and be tested beyond anything you could ever have imagined.

It will get better in time. You will find a new normal. It will never be the way it was before, but try to keep things as normal as possible and build a support system to help you too when you need to call on others for help.
