It is seldom that I'm referred to as an 'expert' and being 'quite young' in the same DAY much less the same post!! Gave me a chuckle! I'm 57yy and I'm not really any kind of expert on PC, I've just had it longer than most... but I'm just as confused as anyone else!

As to the WBC count going down to levels that are intolerable, same as most. Nuelasta to bring the count back up. Then altering the dosage (smaller doses) to keep it from happening again. But even with lowered dosages it will probably happen again. I think that after adjusting dosages my WBC went to low about 3 times over a three year period. I was on GTX. I have not had that problem with Folfirinox.
