My husband had 9 of 21 positive lymph nodes -- that was at dx 2 years ago...... he now has mets to the lungs (after about a year) -- he has been on chemo since 8/2010 with little breaks in between (he also had he whipple -- clean margins -- but those darned lymph nodes were hot).. He is doing pretty well with quality of life but the chemo is starting to take its toll on his body.....
