I just reached the two year mark since I was diagnosed with Stage IV PC. I am grateful and have probably enjoyed and appreciated the past two years of my life more than all of my previous 45 years. But I know what you mean. Waiting for the other shoe to drop. Had a discusssion with my wife the other night, both of us feeling like two of my few remaining years have passed. I deal with it by sticking my head in the sand as much as possible and playing with my family. When I am with my wife and kids I usually forget that I have PC. A good gin and tonic every now and then also helps.
