I am not a doc -- so not sure about the staging in the Pancreatic bed and what that would make it .. MY hubby was Stage IIB until it metastasized to the lungs -- he is now Stage IV. That does not mean that it is an end....... it just means you have another challenge.

I'll meet you for the daiquiri though:) I quit smoking some years back - so don't even want to think of that:)
