Please try to contact the medical records department of the exact place you had your CT. Ask them how to get a copy of the CT report. If you have to go in person and sign for it, do that if possible. I had always went to the medical records department to get diagnostic copies of all tests done. I got some two days later without having to wait for a doctor appointment to learn the results. I had my Dad sign to release the information to me. I wish you well.
